An inventor, with specific skills in the field, has created a device for cutting and grinding meat to be used to produce mortadella, various types of salami and the most different meats on the international markets.

Today, knives commonly used in cured meats factories are subject to high wear and tear and must be sharpened even twice a day, having a life cycle of a few days.

The device invented, protected by nine different patents, has a duration of years and the knives need sharpening around every 2 months.

In Italy, this device is already used by several delicatessen companies.
